We Love Your Pets!

At The Reserve at Mayfaire, we truly love our residents pets and it shows. Our apartments are perfectly laid out so that your pet can cuddle up with you while you work from home or frolic and play in the open-floorplan layout.

Pets Welcome:

Up to 2 pets allowed. One-time fee of $250.00 per pet. Rent $25.00 per pet.

Breed Restrictions:

Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Great Dane, St. Bernard, American Pit Bull or Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Dalmatian, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid and all Husky breeds.
